Being an assistant principal in secondary education is not just about managing day-to-day operations: it’s about directly influencing the journey, motivation, and success of hundreds of students.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the educational project and the success plan of the institution;

• Support and mobilize teaching staff in the continuous improvement of pedagogical practices;

• Ensure the management of resources (human, financial, and material) in line with the CSSMB's orientations;

• Participate in managing the school climate, behaviors, and student life;

• Collaborate closely with parents and community partners;

• Contribute to the decision-making of the governing board and ensure the follow-up of orientations.

Requirements

• A deep understanding of adolescent and school realities in secondary education;

• Recognized skills in pedagogical leadership and team mobilization;

• A strong ability to adapt in diverse and complex environments;

• A developed sense of priority management and decision-making;

• A collaborative approach focused on student success and well-being.

• Possess five (5) years of teaching experience.

Candidates must ultimately commit to a training process leading to the attainment of a graduate diploma (DESS) with a minimum of thirty credits in management or school administration to be completed within five years following the assignment.
